Resume List Display

Your dashboard shows all your resumes as cards with preview thumbnails. Each card displays the resume title, template name, last modified date, and favorite status. Click on any resume card to open it in the editor.

Sorting Options

Organize your resumes using the sort dropdown:

Last Modified

Shows most recently edited resumes first (default)

Date Created

Shows newest resumes first

Title (A-Z)

Alphabetical order by resume title

Favorite First

Favorites appear at the top, then sorted by last modified

Action Menu

Each resume card has a three-dot menu with the following actions:

  • Edit: Open the resume in the builder
  • Duplicate: Create a copy of the resume with a new ID
  • Toggle Favorite: Add or remove from favorites
  • Delete: Permanently delete the resume (with confirmation)

Resume Limit

You can create up to 10 resumes per account. This limit helps keep your dashboard organized and ensures optimal performance. If you reach the limit, you'll need to delete an existing resume before creating a new one. You can always download PDFs of your resumes before deleting them to keep backups.

Tip: Download PDFs of completed resumes before deleting them. This way you can keep backups while freeing up space for new resumes.

Empty State

When you don't have any resumes yet, you'll see a helpful empty state with a "Create New Resume" button and suggestions for popular templates to get you started.
