Common issues and solutions

  • Check your internet connection - auto-save requires an active connection
  • Look at the save status indicator - it shows "Saving...", "Saved", or "Unsaved changes"
  • Refresh the page if you see persistent "Unsaved changes" status
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
  • Make sure you're signed in - resumes only save for authenticated users
  • Check browser console for any error messages (F12)
